Role Overview
- Serve as the primary point of contact for large national clients within Labcorp Employer Services
- Provide timely and accurate communication and support
- Full account management and coordinating on-site health fairs
- Handle supply orders and collaborate across departments
- Regular correspondence via email and phone as well as support for special projects and reporting
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree
- 2 or more years' of applicable customer service experience
- 2 or more years' of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (basic)
