- Responsible for acquisition of land rights for electric transmission/distribution facilities
- Negotiate with property owners for land rights acquisition

- Prepare routine legal documents for land rights acquisition
- Maintain property owner files and detailed progress reports
Requirements
- Associate's degree in real estate, business, engineering or related field (minimum 3 years of experience) or Bachelor's degree in related field (minimum 2 years of experience)
- Experience in business, project management, real estate, law, electric transmission and/or distribution right-of-way
- Professional licenses and memberships encouraged
