Marketing Manager – Global Retirement

Role Overview

• Lead, manage, and implement integrated B2C marketing strategies that advance better retirement outcomes
• Drive awareness, consideration, and acquisition through strategic digital channels
• Manage planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives
• Analyze customer insights and feedback to recommend solutions
• Partner across cross-functional teams to enhance the member experience
• Develop go-to-market strategies that support client retention and new business opportunities
• Champion marketing modernization and transformation efforts
• Oversee creation and distribution of engaging content
• Drive continuous improvement through testing and analysis
• Create, manage and maintain marketing content for collateral and channels
• Formulate timely performance reports with relevant analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of marketing or business experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management and execution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated negotiating skills and self-motivated/ambitious.
• Detail-oriented with a critical eye for quality.
• Results-oriented and execution-focused within a fast-paced environment
