Chief of Staff, Customer Management Project Manager - Business Cards & Payments (Remote Eligible)

Capital One is a leading financial services company seeking a Chief of Staff, Customer Management Project Manager for their Business Cards & Payments division. The role involves managing strategic priorities and leading operational systems for the leadership team, ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives and enhancing organizational culture.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the LT to drive the forward leaning direction for the team and create a cross functional view of the destination. Facilitate the creation of presentations that articulate the strategy to key internal and external stakeholders
• Play an integral role in enhancing our intentional, team-oriented organizational culture and facilitate a management system to ensure organizational effectiveness; Lead initiatives to address associate engagement strategies
• Ensure alignment across the organization through strategically designed updates around strategy and progress, often in partnership with the communications team and CoS office
• Partner closely with field effectiveness colleagues to ensure streamlined orchestration of activities such as LT meetings, Offsite planning, All Hands Events, and LT events
• Support and in some cases lead moderate to large horizontal priorities and special projects across the team; Ensure the right metrics are in place to track and manage priorities, outcomes, risks, budgets, and etc

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management
• At least 4 years of experience building and influencing strategy
• Master's Degree
• 3+ years experience in a sales or client management role
• 3+ years of experience serving in a Chief of Staff or Project Management role in a large, complex and matrixed organization
