Role Overview
- Support the migration and consolidation of cloud environments
- Evolve the CI/CD pipeline and automation processes
- Reduce operational risks and technical dependencies
- Strengthen observability, security, and infrastructure governance practices
- Support architectural decisions related to platform and environment scalability
- Mandatory use of Cursor: all professionals must use Cursor (AI-powered IDE) as the standard daily tool for development, testing, and automation
- Version control with Git/GitLab: proficiency in Git and GitLab workflows (branches, merge requests, code review)
- Agile methodology: work in a Scrum/Kanban environment, actively participating in ceremonies (planning, daily stand-up, review, retrospective)
- Asynchronous collaboration: strong written communication and documentation of one’s work
- Problem solving: analytical ability to investigate root causes of incidents, not just treat symptoms
- Proactivity: anticipate risks and propose improvements without waiting for direction; identify and raise issues before they escalate
- Autonomy: operate independently in an environment with limited documentation, making responsible decisions within your scope
- Adaptability: comfortable working in a changing context (ongoing stack and cloud migration)
- Clear communication: translate technical issues for business stakeholders and align expectations
- Teamwork: collaborate, be open to code review, and share knowledge to reduce dependency on key individuals
- Ownership: take responsibility for deliverables and the stability of the environment
- Continuous learning: willingness to grow technically, especially in the use of AI and new platform technologies
Requirements
- Kubernetes and Docker
- Cloud computing (AWS and OCI)
- GitLab CI/CD and pipeline automation
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
- Linux administration
- Observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Application and infrastructure security (DevSecOps)
- Architecture of scalable and resilient environments
- Mandatory use of Cursor and AI for operational automation and productivity
- Technical English: ability to read technical documentation in English
