Role Overview
- Traveling to customers' homes to conduct on-site inspections
- Investigating coverage and preparing estimates
- Settling claims promptly and efficiently
- Handling virtual claims countrywide using software such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration
- Evaluating and negotiating claims settlements with customers, vendors, third party carriers, and claimants
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation in claims systems
- Attending approximately 2 weeks of training in Dallas, TX
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience preparing property estimates
- Prior experience as a Property Adjuster
- Proficiency with estimating software, such as Xactimate
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Proactive problem‑solving skills with a positive, solution‑oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Must reside within a reasonable distance of a major airport
