Deploy Illumia’s Cloud POS solution.
Deploy Illumia’s Mobile Ordering solution.
Deploy additional Illumia solutions as training and demand allow.
Develop familiarity with and deploy third-party payment solutions.
Understand third-party hardware, such as HP and NCR equipment.
Independently manage and provide service on short-term technical project engagements.
Meet established department goals related to target completion dates, customer satisfaction, deployment throughput, and more as assigned.
Deliver onsite and remote installation duties as assigned.
Support launch events for clients remotely and onsite as assigned.
Deliver expert training and consultative services to provide optimal system functionality.

Degree or certificate in a technical or IT concentration, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to learn and master new software solutions.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft products, including but not limited to Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication.
Detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to develop and maintain deployment priorities with minimal supervision.
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
