Personal Insurance Portfolio Manager

Role Overview

• Provide prompt, professional customer service for clients' day-to-day needs
• Assist in developing placement strategies and service offerings
• Prepare client communications and maintain appropriate documentation for various files
• Follow up on documents requested from insurers and clients
• Prepare documentation for policy discrepancies and endorsements received, and follow up on required corrections
• Ensure billing accuracy and assist with accounts receivable follow-up
• Reconcile account discrepancies

Requirements

• College diploma
• Valid AMF license — Personal Property and Casualty Insurance (personal lines)
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Minimum of 2 years' experience
• Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of English (an asset)
