Role Overview

• Engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources.
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions.
• Conduct deep conversations with clients to gain knowledge of their financial priorities.
• Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
• Follow established processes and guidelines for daily activities.
• Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
• Manage financial center traffic and appointments.
• Drive the client experience.

• Can be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial industry, products, and solutions (desired).
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals (desired).
• Six months of cash handling experience (desired).
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant associate degree (desired).
