Wealth Management Relationship Manager

Role Overview

• Serve as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for financial advisors
• Deliver proactive, high-touch support and own complex service inquiries end-to-end
• Build and maintain strong advisor relationships through proactive outreach
• Own escalations from initiation to resolution
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, Technology, etc.)
• Provide expertise on broker-dealer and advisory operations
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements
• Deliver clear, structured communication and follow-through

Requirements

• 3+ years of client service or relationship management experience
• NetX 360 or similar platform experience
• Financial services or broker-dealer experience
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Ability to manage complex issues and ambiguity
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Securities licenses (SIE, Series 6, 7, 63) preferred
• Broker-dealer operations knowledge (TOAs, accounts, cashiering) preferred
