- Lead supplier recovery engagements
- Conduct Gemba-based assessments
- Develop actionable recovery plans
- Drive alignment between Boeing requirements and supplier execution
- Lead Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities
- Establish daily management systems
- Support work transfers and capacity expansion
- Develop supplier capability through coaching
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or related field
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience leading operational improvement initiatives
- Experience assessing and improving manufacturing systems
- Must be able to travel 50-75% of the time
- Expertise in Assembly Operations, CNC Machining, Composites Manufacturing, or related areas
