About this role

Providing world-class, proactive customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Investigating and resolving complex issues, including missing payments, duplicate invoices, and purchase order discrepancies
Responding to inquiries promptly and accurately via ServiceNow, email, phone and chat
Ensuring compliance with company policies for all Procure to Pay (PTP) inquiries
Delivering support to global internal and external customers across various regions
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes
Completing ad hoc assignments as directed by management
Supporting system enhancements, process improvements, and the implementation of new company codes, including testing and validation

Bachelor’s degree in business or commerce
2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or related finance functions
Strong understanding of AP processes and financial controls
Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
Proficiency in SAP and Ariba is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
High attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones
Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a global environment
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results
Experience working in Shared Services is a plus
