Role Overview
- Learn and master the fundamentals of project structuring
- Support program management to ensure the proper delivery of services
- Coordinate the team's preparation for project financial reviews
- Monitor the financial status of placed orders
- Track domain actions using JIRA
- Contribute to internal reporting for management
Requirements
- Student in an engineering or business school
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Solid understanding of project management fundamentals
- Understanding of EAC (Estimate at Completion) and ETC (Estimate to Complete) concepts
- Initial experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project
- Familiarity with JIRA and Primavera
- Autonomous, creative and responsive
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Strong summarization skills and ability to produce effective reports
- Meticulous and dependable work ethic
