About this role
Role Overview
- Work on Agent Force solutions focused on Service Cloud.
- Implement Agent Force, create flows, develop integrations with legacy systems (both flow and code), and establish validation rules according to technical and functional requirements.
- Perform unit and integration tests, ensuring delivery quality.
- Ensure version control of deliverables in the client's repository.

- General knowledge of Salesforce Core and Service Cloud
