Positioning and Messaging: Translate technical specifications into clear, persuasive value propositions and develop the product storytelling for different HR market personas.
Sales & Customer Success (CS) Enablement: Create robust supporting materials (one-pagers, battle cards, presentations, and scripts) and train Sales and CS teams to deliver a sharp, consistent product narrative.
Adoption and Lifecycle: Analyze user behavior to identify friction points, and create campaigns and activations in partnership with communications to drive engagement and product usage.
Applied Artificial Intelligence: Use generative AI tools to accelerate market research, synthesize large volumes of product documentation/data, analyze competitors, and scale copy production for GTM materials.
Market Intelligence and Data: Monitor industry trends, analyze competitors, and combine qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights that inform the product roadmap and commercial strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in Product Marketing (PMM), working with digital and technology products (SaaS model).
AI Proficiency: Skilled in prompt creation and using generative AI tools as part of daily work for research, campaign structuring, and data analysis.
Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Experience with product analytics and user behavior analysis tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical language into business terms.
Collaborative profile with ease negotiating and working across technical and business teams.
Prior experience in HR Techs or knowledge of the people management market is a plus.
