About this role
Role Overview
Routing and screening all inbound calls, Webforms and cases for the department.
Monitoring the department's voicemail box and distributing leads appropriately.
Processing all operations lead request support tickets submitted by Direct Sales agents and Club Department.
Supporting departmental reporting using a combination of Salesforce and Excel reports.
Ensuring shared files are organized appropriately.
Creating, activating and deactivating Salesforce campaigns.
Maintaining and organizing the shared department Outlook box.
Answering inbound calls for the department (around 75% of the time).
Requirements
One-year customer service experience
High School Diploma
One plus year’s telephone experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays
One-year vacation ownership experience
Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel – Pivot Tables, Vlookups and advanced formulas
