Champion innovation and execution excellence in Plan Consulting
Define and drive strategic objectives for Plan Consulting
Own the end-to-end Plan Consulting service model ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery
Use metrics and analytics to monitor performance and implement mitigation strategies
Coach and develop a high-performing, multi-site team of Plan Consultants
Navigate and resolve complex blocking issues
Partner closely with Legal, Implementation, Sales, and Relationship Management to ensure seamless delivery
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Proven leadership experience managing teams, preferably across multiple locations
Demonstrated success in process improvement, operational efficiency, and escalation management
Strong executive communication, presentation, and customer management skills
Experience with benchmark development, performance management, and risk mitigation
Deep knowledge of ERISA compliance and retirement plan document services preferred
