Deep curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, FinTech ecosystems, and innovation trends.
Experience working with Fintechs or the community is essential.
Actively engaged in the wider Financial Services and innovation landscape.
Self-starting and opportunity-led, able to spot whitespace.
Strong understanding of Financial Services priorities and transformation drivers.
Excellent communication skills, with the credibility and passion to engage senior stakeholders.
Proven track record of owning the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity creation through to close.
Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, partners, innovation specialists).
