Define and implement software quality strategies, including test policies, standards and methodologies for the entire system development lifecycle.
Coordinate testing teams (manual and automated), ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control processes.
Develop test plans, define test cases and acceptance criteria based on functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure execution of integration, regression, performance, security and user acceptance testing to fully validate systems.
Implement and monitor quality metrics and indicators, providing results reports to stakeholders and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
Identify and mitigate quality risks in software development, focusing on failure prevention and continuous process improvement.
Ensure that quality requirements are aligned with the regulatory and normative guidelines applicable to the CLIENT.
Participate in project strategic planning meetings, collaborating on the prioritization of quality activities within the development schedule.
Propose and implement test automation and process improvement initiatives to increase delivery efficiency.
Mentor and develop more junior team members, promoting the dissemination of best practices and quality processes.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Quality Engineering or related fields.
Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced Level, Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are highly desirable.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Software Quality, working directly with testing processes, automation and quality control.
Proven experience in large-scale projects, with strong involvement in agile environments and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Experience leading quality teams, including managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating automated and manual testing.
Solid knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, TestNG or equivalents.
Strong ability in the analysis and implementation of quality metrics, KPIs and management reporting.
