Master the conversion funnel by moving prospects through solutioning and across the entire customer lifecycle.
Engage with technical stakeholders to demonstrate how our platform integrates with IDEs to solve complex debugging and security challenges.
Consistently meet and exceed KPIs focused on contact engagement, pipeline conversion, and Total Contract Value (TCV).

Proven track record in lead sourcing, qualification, and outbound sales development.
Extensive experience with LinkedIn Outreach and social selling strategies.
Professional English proficiency (written and verbal).
Ability to work within the CST timezone with flexibility for core team overlap.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to discuss software performance and security tools.
A self-starter mentality with the discipline to manage a remote sales pipeline independently.

Fluency in Spanish.
