Lead or participate in SAP C4C implementation projects from initiation to go-live
Conduct workshops and gather business requirements
Develop functional specifications and design documents based on client requirements
Configure and customize SAP C4C modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the SAP C4C platform
Provide expertise in SAP C4C functionalities and best practices
Design integration solutions between SAP C4C and other SAP or non-SAP systems
Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and performance
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support resolution of any issues
Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards
Provide end-user training and documentation
Offer post-go-live support and troubleshooting
Stay updated with the latest SAP C4C features, updates, and best practices
Propose enhancements and optimizations to improve the overall effectiveness of the SAP C4C solution
Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the SAP C4C solution

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP C4C implementation and support
Experience with at least 1 full lifecycle SAP C4C implementations
Strong understanding of CRM processes in Sales, Service, and Marketing
Experience with integration to other (SAP/non-SAP) systems via OData services/WebServices
Proficiency in SAP C4C modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Experience with SAP C4C integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, HCI, CPI)
Knowledge of SAP ERP and S/4HANA integration with C4C
Familiarity with SAP SDK, PDI, Telephony integration (in Service Cloud) and ABAP is a plus
