Own the running of People Operations across a globally distributed workforce, from employee queries and lifecycle changes to onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits and HR systems
Partner with the wider People team to deliver key People programs such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, compensation cycles and probation tracking
Build and improve processes, workflows, programs and self service experiences so they’re clear, consistent and easy to follow
Keep people data accurate and useful, maintaining BambooHR, supporting reporting and giving the team visibility when they need it
Keep core People Operations compliant, organised and audit-ready across systems, training, documentation and employee records
Work closely with Finance, IT, People Partners and external providers to keep payroll inputs, onboarding, EOR processes and vendors running smoothly
Build more scalable and thoughtful People Operations as Masabi grows, improving employee experience across key moments in the employee lifecycle
Requirements
You’ve worked in People Operations, HR Operations or in a HR Generalist role, and you’re comfortable owning things end-to-end
You’re confident with systems, spreadsheets and data, and you use them to stay organised, spot patterns and support decisions
You naturally look for ways to improve how things work, and you enjoy building processes, workflows and simple solutions that make things easier and more scalable
You’re happy being hands-on, and care about getting the detail right without losing sight of the bigger picture
You’re proactive and self-directed, you don’t wait to be told what to do, you notice gaps and step in to fix them
You bring empathy and good judgement in how you support people, especially when things are sensitive or unclear
You’re eager to use automation, AI or technology to simplify work and improve the employee experience
