Drive the commercial development of services around DevOps, cloud-native architectures, Platform Engineering and AI application development
Identify customer needs, determine suitable approaches, and translate technical topics into clear business value
Conduct initial client conversations to identify needs and qualify projects
Assess requirements and prepare handover to technical experts
Targeted follow-up after new customer acquisition and active prospecting
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, including identifying cross
and upselling opportunities
Develop and expand strategic partnerships with vendors and technology partners
Monitor market trends and technological developments and identify new business opportunities
Attend trade shows and networking events
Work closely with the Software Development and Operations team

You have experience in technical sales, presales, consulting or business development — ideally in DevOps, cloud, software development or platform technologies
You understand complex technical topics and can communicate them clearly and persuasively
You demonstrate initiative, resilience and a structured working style
You enjoy building and developing long-term relationships
You are a team player and enjoy working in a collegial environment
You hold a valid driving license (category B / car)
German (at least C1) and English (at least B2)
