Execute revenue forecasting processes and consolidate financial data;
Perform receivables reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial information;
Validate and calculate sales commissions according to established rules;
Monitor expenses and perform financial classifications by cost center;
Actively participate in the company's monthly closing process;
Issue boletos (payment slips) and adjust due dates when necessary;
Serve as the point of contact with financial systems support teams;
Identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and process optimization;
Support the development and updating of financial manuals and procedures;
Develop controls, reports, and analyses to support decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields;
Previous experience with financial routines, reconciliations, and receivables control;
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets;
Strong analytical skills and proficiency working with data and metrics.
