About this role
Role Overview
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the enterprise and government sectors.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
Understand client business challenges and collaborate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
Navigate government procurement processes and enterprise purchasing requirements when applicable.
Work closely with delivery and project teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
Drive revenue growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, digital transformation initiatives, and emerging technologies.
Support SMB opportunities (multi-million peso projects) initially and progressively take ownership of larger enterprise accounts.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of solid experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, software solutions, system integration, or technology services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex enterprise deals.
Strong understanding of digital transformation, automation, cloud solutions, and integration platforms.
Experience working with enterprise clients; government sales experience is a strong advantage.
Ability to develop business proposals and articulate value-based solutions.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Can start immediately, if possible.
