Supervising equipment and driver compliance while partnering closely with the Operations team
Maintaining consistent communication with the Shop team to ensure equipment readiness and compliance
Supervising, coordinating, and overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple business groups
Leading and supporting a team of 120–130 commercial drivers
Ensuring adherence to DOT regulations and strong safety performance
Managing dispatch operations and developing daily load plans
Guiding indirect reports (Supervisors) and ensuring workloads are aligned with operational needs
Championing key operational initiatives as assigned by leadership

H.S. diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required
Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required
Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required
Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required
