Role Overview
- Manage and oversee HRIS/payroll deployment projects
- Clarify expectations, define objectives, and meet deadlines
- Configure the system, deploy solutions, and support clients
- Identify project risks and key issues
- Train new solution administrators
- Conduct configuration audits
- Provide support services
- Update and maintain the user guide and online help
Requirements
- Strong command of Silae configuration (including scripting/coding)
- Minimum 3 years of similar experience (with a software vendor, company, or consulting firm)
- Experience in IT, payroll, or HRIS project management
- Curious, proactive, and thorough
- Comfortable managing client relationships
- Strong training skills and customer-focused
- Genuine interest in working as part of a team
