Lead source change management for an assigned portfolio of hardware, suppliers, and/or programs
Drive execution of new product introduction activities, including design and configuration changes
Partner with internal functions and suppliers to develop milestone plans, track execution, resolve risks, and deliver quality and delivery outcomes
Translate source change priorities into actionable plans based on customer impact
Identify execution gaps, escalate issues, and drive corrective actions
Provide regular updates to ensure supply overlap, production readiness, and successful implementation of source changes
Represent supplier readiness in integrated product team and program discussions
Apply sourcing, procurement, and operational knowledge to support decisions

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 additional years of experience in change management, project management, or supply chain-related roles
Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, project management, supply chain, sourcing, or related fields
Ability to travel 10-20%
