About this role
Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects within the Cards domain
- Manage planning, prioritization, and execution of initiatives
- Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and external vendors
- Monitor and report on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
- Help shape and introduce new, more effective ways of working
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
- Ensure adherence to risk management, security, and compliance requirements
- Support budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management
- Actively contribute to team performance through leadership and coaching
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management
- Strong understanding of card issuing, payment processing, or related financial domains
- Experience with complex migrations or large-scale transformations
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Familiarity with risk management and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, DORA)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Fluent English in spoken and written communication
