Deliver evidence-based home visits utilizing the Parents as Teachers model to support parenting knowledge, child development, family well-being, and school readiness.
Partner with families to establish meaningful goals, develop action plans, monitor progress, and celebrate successes.
Conduct required developmental, family well-being, health, and risk screenings according to PAT and MIECHV requirements.
Maintain compliance with all Parents as Teachers model fidelity requirements, Massachusetts MIECHV expectations, and applicable federal and state regulations.
Requirements
Minimum of High School diploma.
Experience working with young children and families in home visiting, early childhood, education, social services, public health, or related settings preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with families, staff, management, community partners, and referral sources.
Valid driver's license and reliable/consistent transportation for home visiting throughout the service area.
Ability to obtain and maintain Parents as Teachers Foundational and Model Implementation Training requirements.
