Requirements
4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a substantial portion of that time spent within an agency environment navigating diverse client voices and categories.
Demonstrated success in architecting and executing high-impact, cross-platform campaigns that resonate with audiences and deliver against strategic objectives.
Leadership experience —you have mentored team members or managed projects and are ready to help build and guide a growing team.
Strategic and analytical mindset —you can look at the data, figure out what matters, and clearly explain how it connects to real business results.
A solid network of creator relationships and the ability to negotiate partnerships that feel authentic, deliver value, and can grow over time.
Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of building something new. You thrive when given the freedom to create processes, set standards, and shape a practice from the ground up.
