Role Overview
- Providing overall direction for field installation of the assigned project.
- Labor coordination, quality control, and safety on assigned projects.
- Attending and contributing to various project meetings.
- Planning, coordinating, and executing material orders and handling.
- Ensuring that safety and other company programs are implemented effectively.
- Building code compliance and labor cost forecasting with the project team.
Requirements
- Must have experience managing 5 or more crews of 2-3 workers each.
- Must have verifiable experience working on projects of $500K or more.
- Minimum of 3 years craft supervision experience in similar facility construction.
- Must have advanced knowledge of how jobs are assembled in the field.
- Must manage to the budget, plan to the schedule, meet or exceed project deadlines, keeping safety first.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
