Delivers exceptional guest service (i.e., prompt, friendly, professional, and responsive), using proper greeting and departure phrases and service standards.
Mixes ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Operates all bar equipment including computerized cash register and credit card machine.
Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests, ensuring correct glasses, measurements and garnishes are used.
Takes orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and cigarettes.
Confirms all guests ordering alcohol are of legal drinking age using established liquor service procedures.
Places orders for alcoholic beverages using the established product ordering standards.
Collects cash or credit card payment from guests for all products served.
Follows established cash handling procedures for revenue and tips and follows the Loyalty program guidelines.
Makes change and issues receipts to guest and/or servers.
Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
Maintains L.E.A.D. parameters on service of alcoholic beverages, identifying guests showing signs of intoxication as applicable.
Directs the assignments of shift Beverage Porters performing barback responsibilities if applicable.
Maintains knowledge of all product offerings as well as Casino events and promotions.
Communicates this knowledge in a friendly and hospitable way to guests.
Collaborates with other casino Team Members to deliver an outstanding guest and work culture experience.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
Must be 21 years of age or older to sell or serve distilled spirits.
Team Members under 21 but at least 18 years of age may sell or serve beer and wine in non-gaming areas.
Must register in the RBS Portal, take training from an authorized RBS Training Provider, and pass the ABC Alcohol Server Certification exam and obtain food handlers card within 30 days of employment.
Previous experience in bartending, serving or related experience.
Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail drink offerings, and how to prepare/serve them.
Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 work environment, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
Basic computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, email, and internet.
Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
