Act as a technical leader with strong ownership in execution, actively participating in solution building, architectural decisions and supporting delivery
Play a consultative role in pre-sales and assessments, while remaining hands-on to unblock technical issues and ensure delivery quality
Contribute to the evolution of engineering practices and adoption of new approaches (including AI), always focused on efficiency and results
Serve as technical lead on strategic initiatives, actively participating in development and technical decisions
Support the preparation of technical proposals and definition of client solutions
Define pragmatic architectural guidelines, ensuring feasibility and simplicity
Assess technical risks, complexity and impacts of proposed solutions
Conduct or support technological assessments, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
Work directly on resolving critical technical problems (hands-on)
Support teams in day-to-day technical matters, promoting best practices without adding bureaucracy
Participate in client meetings, able to defend technical decisions
Encourage the use of modern tools (including AI) to increase development productivity
