Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives)
Remove impediments and shield teams from external disruptions
Coach and mentor teams, Product Owners, junior Scrum Masters and leadership on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe processes
Support Agile transformation initiatives, including training, workshops, and change management activities
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of Agile practices with business objectives
Track and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time) to drive continuous improvement
Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to manage cross-team dependencies
Advocate for Agile best practices and contribute to the growth of the Agile community within the organization

Specialty (re)insurance or financial services industry experience
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including proven experience in Agile Coaching
Demonstrated experience supporting Agile transformation efforts at team or organizational level
Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps)
Proven ability to mentor teams and leadership to achieve Agile maturity
Experience with scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS
