About this role

Provide executional leadership for automation projects impacting North America Supply Chain
Drive the development and execution of North America Automation capital projects
Collaborate with procurement and management to drive strategic project metrics
Coach, mentor and manage TSPs and Project team members
Ensure all work complies with Corporate Safety, Regulatory, and Quality requirements
Develop equipment and processes that meet safety codes, policies and guidelines
Lead design discussions with Mill and Central teams

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant discipline (e.g. Science or Engineering related)
Expertise in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or Mechatronics
Demonstrated success in leading and delivering on capital projects
Ability and flexibility to work in a distribution or manufacturing environment with a 24/7 operation
Flexibility to travel >50% as dictated by business need
