Provide overall direction for field installation of assigned project.
Own direct responsibility for field labor, labor coordination, quality control, and safety on assigned project.
Represent the company on the project site and ensure that the installation functions as designed and satisfies the contracted scope.
Attend and contribute to various project meetings.
Plan-reading, coordination, layout, sketching and materials take-off.
Material, tool, and equipment handling including ordering, receiving, placing and returning.
Confirm construction drawings and specifications agree with contract scope.
Respond to general contractor's requests concerning scope limits.
Influence project scheduling through trades stacking and phasing.
Maintain the two week look-ahead schedule and manage manpower loading.
Perform time keeping and other administrative duties such as daily reports, submittal logs, RFI status, etc.
Ensure safety and other company programs are implemented and effective.
Ensure building code compliance.
Perform labor and material cost forecasting with project team for quality control.

Experience managing 5 or more crews of 2-3 workers each.
Verifiable experience working on projects of $500K or more.
Minimum of 3 years craft supervision experience in similar facility construction.
Advanced knowledge of how jobs are assembled in the field.
Ability to manage to the budget, plan to the schedule, plan for the unexpected, meet or exceed project deadlines, while keeping safety first.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
