About this role
Role Overview
define and execute the Wealth Services technology strategy aligned with business and enterprise objectives
lead the architecture and development of a scalable, cloud-native platform supporting account opening, trading, clearing, settlement, custody, and reporting
drive API-first and event-driven architectures to enable seamless integration and real-time processing
modernize core platform capabilities, including transaction processing, portfolio accounting, compliance, and digital client platforms
ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEC, FINRA, AML, KYC, and OFAC standards
advance the use of AI, automation, and analytics to improve operational efficiency, risk oversight, and client experience
lead integrations with third-party clearing and custody providers, including Apex
partner with Product, Operations, Risk, and external vendors to deliver enterprise-wide solutions
manage technology investments, vendor relationships, and cost optimization initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
15+ years of technology leadership experience in wealth management, custody, clearing, brokerage, or financial services platforms
proven ability to build and lead high-performing global technology teams
deep expertise in wealth management, custody, clearing, brokerage, or related financial services platforms
strong knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements
experience leading large-scale platform modernization and cloud transformation programs
ability to influence senior stakeholders and align technology investments with business outcomes
