Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
15+ years of leadership experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, consulting, business operations, organizational effectiveness, transformation, or related fields
Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise transformations
Proven ability to influence and align leaders across functions without direct authority
Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and execution skills
