Role Overview
Maintain and maximise business opportunities across the full customer mix within the specified territory
Develop and implement an area specific business development plan
Maintain and develop relationships with existing & potential customers
Identify and report all sales opportunities in SalesForce (CRM)
Collaborate with colleagues with integrity on projects across territory lines
Sell and influence the sale of Interface products and services
Understand customer requirements for sustainability
Requirements
Experience of selling interior products and/or B2B industry experience
Experience of project long-term selling cycles
Evidence of success in business development in a target driven field sales role
Team player
Full driving licence
Computer literate (to include excel)
High motivation, dynamism and autonomy to develop own business on own territory
