Role Overview
- Process invoices and bills, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Schedule and execute payments within established deadlines.
- Perform reconciliations with suppliers and support financial controls.
- Monitor due dates and payment flows to prevent inconsistencies.
- Support the accounting close (AP) and update operational reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a related field.
- Experience in Accounts Payable.
- Intermediate Excel and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence.
- Basic knowledge of ERPs and financial processes.
- Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented profile.
