Own and grow strategic relationships with key decision-makers across defined agencies on behalf of the CBS owned & operated television stations and Paramount Streaming
Drive significant linear and digital revenue growth through innovative, integrated client solutions
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing agency partnerships
Act as a strategic consultant to agency partners by understanding client goals and aligning Paramount’s portfolio to deliver measurable business outcomes
Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, research, operations, and leadership teams to develop and execute revenue-driving strategies
Lead campaign execution from pre-sale strategy through post-campaign recap and performance analysis
Utilize marketplace intelligence, competitive insights, and consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and strengthen Paramount’s market position
Work closely with and develop Account Managers that support the agency business
Requirements
10+ years of multi-platform media sales experience
5+ years managing large agency relationships
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing high-value advertising partnerships
Deep understanding of the advertising marketplace, including linear TV, streaming, and digital media
Strong strategic selling, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities
Ability to translate complex media solutions into clear, compelling value propositions for clients and agencies
Established reputation as a collaborative, solutions-oriented sales leader
