Prioritisation of the backlog together with business and maintaining the backlog.
Act as a bridge between business and development, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable requirements.
Support and back up arguments with data and metrics.
Work with KPIs and OKRs.
Proactively use monitoring tools for specific use cases, act on failures and make sure that all impacted stakeholders are informed in a timely and transparent manner.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a PO or PM.
Experience shipping successful products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps and creating and managing backlogs.
Experience working in an Agile environment and scrum methodology (SAFe is a plus)
Experience articulating and testing product hypotheses.
Demonstrated ability to influence decision making in different contexts.
Skilled at defining and prioritising product features.
Experience collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and business departments.
Fluent English and/or Spanish speaker. German is a plus.
