Provide remote technical support (hotline) to distributors, end users, contractors and the commercial team for product selection, troubleshooting, and application questions.
Elaborate component-level project quotations for fire protection systems (ECI), constant pressure booster systems (surface and submersible, with and without VFDs), deep well pump systems, and wastewater transfer applications
Support authorized distributors and the commercial team throughout the technical-commercial cycle, from equipment selection to quotation delivery
Provide training on new and core products to distributors and end user technical teams
Gather, document, and communicate relevant market intelligence and field learnings to the Technical Service & Applications team

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in related technical roles (mechanical or electrical equipment, pumps, motors, HVAC, or fluid systems).
Business-level English proficiency – written & verbal (required for technical documentation review and communication with corporate engineering teams
