Become a trusted member of a team responsible for leading strategy and associated efforts
Formulate strategies for NG Space Divisions by identifying internal and external strategic factors that could impact growth and market
Analyze and synthesize data and insights regarding addressable market and customer budgets, competitor trends, key strategic issues, and other core strategic planning needs
Support development of the financial Annual Operating Plan
Plan and coordinate business reviews, resource allocations, and financial/nonfinancial strategic objectives
Support multi-year investment planning, partnering with Strategy, Business Management, Program teams, and the Chief Technology office
Develop Division-specific investment recommendations to align to overall Sector strategy and investment guidance
Manage R&D investment execution including performance against targets and goals, planned reporting, etc.
Support new development of tools to track, manage, and report on investment
Ensure ethical conduct, balanced results, and partner satisfaction

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience in strategic assessment, strategy development, and financial analysis – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience in strategic assessment, strategy development, and financial analysis.
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights for executives and senior stakeholders.
Experience and knowledge of space industry trends, dynamics, and characteristics.
Requires an active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope.
Relevant experience in aerospace and defense strategic planning, portfolio development, and strategic assessment (preferred).
Experience in strategic planning in the Space industry (preferred).
Active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application (preferred).
