Act as a player/coach: manage your own client relationships while providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management for a group of communication consultants.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
Serve as the primary contact for your assigned clients, overseeing the member experience from onboarding through engagement.
Lead strategic discussions with sponsors, analyzing member behavior and recommending education and communication initiatives.
Develop and execute education strategies and calendars based on data and client objectives.
Drive project execution for both your clients and team initiatives, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are met.
Requirements
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to build trust and influence at all levels—clients, sponsors, and internal teams—while maintaining a strong focus on member experience.
Confidence in delivering high-impact presentations in formal settings such as shortlist meetings and pension committees.
Proven project management experience with the ability to meet tight deadlines and pivot quickly.
Knowledge of group retirement products; RPA designation or willingness to obtain.
A resourceful, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
Tech-savvy approach and familiarity with multichannel communication tools and digital platforms.
