Responsible for maintaining, enhancing Azure Kubernetes Services, platform operational procedures
Assist with critical ITIL processes and ensure requests/issues are completed in timely manner
Identify, resolve and escalate issues around platform management, compliance, and security patterns
Ownership of customer issues from inception to resolution
Assist in investigation and resolution of all client and product/platform issues in a multi-vendor environment
Handle multiple cases involving a variety of technologies, protocols, and equipment
Responsible for consistent delivery of product services on a 24*7 basis within well-defined Service Level Agreement
Requirements
University degree (Computer Science or related subject area preferred) or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience in Azure Cloud
Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service and terraform is a must
Knowledge and experience with common Kubernetes tools and primitives: kubectl, pods, deployments, services, YAML manifests
Ability to learn new technologies and keep up to date on the vendor landscape; ability to quickly comprehend the functions, capabilities, and impact of new technologies
Good interpersonal skills, and a team player
Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
