Coordinate the finance department, guiding and directing staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and providing high-quality, efficient support to hotel units;
Oversee accounts receivable, billing, commissions, bank reconciliations, alignment with accounts payable, and monthly closing;
Ensure standardization of financial processes across units, promoting continuous improvement and reducing rework;
Maintain active interfaces with Accounting, Tax, and Human Resources teams to ensure integration and smooth process flow;
Manage the administrative and financial team, promoting training, organization, and alignment with the CSC's (Shared Services Center) objectives;
Act as a liaison between the CSC and operational units, ensuring effective, results-oriented support;
Ensure consistency of financial and controlling processes within the business segment, in accordance with company policies and standards.
Requirements
Knowledge of the practices and specificities of the hospitality sector is a plus;
More than 3 years of experience in leadership or coordination roles within administrative and financial areas;
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration. Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus;
Technical accounting knowledge;
Knowledge of internal controls and regulatory requirements;
Business-oriented mindset and focus on continuous process improvement, with proven ability to transform and enhance processes;
Analytical, organized profile with strong communication and leadership skills;
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (preferably TOTVS);
Solid experience in administrative and financial routines, preferably in CSC/Shared Services Center environments or companies with multiple units;
