Control and monitor the revenue recognition process for BU Brazil, ensuring consistency of the information that feeds the month-end close forecast.
Analyze NPS (Net Promoter Score) results and break down the indicators related to Logistics and Planning, identifying root causes of dissatisfaction and directing action plans with the involved areas.
Monitor and analyze the main logistics performance indicators
OTIF (On Time In Full), Order Cycle and Fill Rate
ensuring visibility and consistency of information for BU Brazil leadership.
Lead regular indicator review meetings, bringing together Logistics, Planning, Sales and Customer Service, and prepare, follow up and track action plans to address deviations.
Consolidate and present management reports on revenue recognition, NPS and service level indicators, supporting decision-making by BU Brazil leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, cross-referencing information and preparing management reports.
Experience with logistics processes and delivery management.
Clear and objective communication skills.
Analytical and proactive profile for identifying and resolving systemic issues.
Previous experience monitoring Service Level indicators.
