CRM Analyst – Mid-level

Role Overview

• Operate CRM platforms and marketing automation tools to execute multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, and others);
• Create, validate, and manage audience segmentations and lists based on behavioral and customer profile data;
• Ensure the quality and integrity of data used in campaigns;
• Monitor schedules and approval workflows to ensure on-time deliveries;
• Conduct A/B tests and monitor campaign performance metrics;
• Document processes and propose continuous operational improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in CRM and/or Growth;
• Bachelor's degree in a related field;
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Insider, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, RD Station, Oracle Responsys, or similar);
• Skill in data handling and segmentation (intermediate SQL is a plus);
• Familiarity with CRM metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, etc.);
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities;
• Experience with Insider;
• Experience with automation workflows/drip campaigns;
• Intermediate to advanced SQL;
• Knowledge of the customer journey and personalization strategies.
